You will ensure features deliver customer value, document BRDs, and validate through UAT to prevent losses between idea and execution.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on experience with mortgage origination systems and vendor ecosystem.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs for loan origination systems with vendor collaboration.
• Deep understanding of mortgage/HELOC workflows and integration points.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable product features and epics.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision to teams and vendors.
• Maintain a backlog of stories, features, tasks, and enhancements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and agile ceremonies to ensure efficient development.
• Capture BRDs, ensure traceability to BRDs and UAT scripts.
