Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the Cat Digital Direct to Customer team in Chicago/Peoria to shape the future of how customers interact with Cat technology and subscriptions.
You will guide digital experiences across fleets, products, and services, translating user needs into compelling requirements and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with business partners and engineering, lead cross-product initiatives, and validate solutions with user and business
Qualifications
- Candidates should have strong digital product management experience.
- Experience with UX, digital strategy, and user research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Maximize product value with Development Team and backlog prioritization.
- Provide vision and domain knowledge aligned with Cat’s goals.
- Own success and quality of your product.
- Manage cross-product initiatives with roadmaps, epics, features.
- Coordinate roadmaps across dependent product teams.
- Understand users and their processes to shape requirements.
