Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the Cat Digital Direct to Customer product management team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL.

You will drive the strategy for experiences that enable awareness, purchase, and adoption of VisionLink subscriptions across the fleet. You will collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to translate user needs into compelling features, articulating problems, opportunities, risks, and intended outcomes while validating with user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong digital product management experience and UX knowledge.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to align multiple teams to common product goals in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product value and manage the backlog with engineering partners.
• Provide vision and direction aligned with Cat’s goals and customer value.
• Own the success and quality of the product, including roadmap and epics.
• Lead cross-product initiatives and integrate roadmaps across teams.
