Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the CatDealer.com vision, strategy, and backlog, collaborating with business, content, engineering, and dealer-facing teams to deliver a reliable, compliant, and user-centered digital hub.

You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, drive sprint planning, ensure accessibility and governance, and promote value realization across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and backlog management.
• Ability to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Owns product vision, strategy, and backlog for CatDealer.com.
