Job summary

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Cat Digital Direct to Customer to drive the consumer experience across awareness, purchase, and adoption of VisionLink subscriptions for entire fleets.

You will collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to translate user needs into compelling experiences and concrete requirements, validating with feedback throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
Strong experience in digital product management, UX, digital strategy, or related function.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Experience in Agile environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Maximize value of the product and backlog in partnership with engineering.
Provide vision and domain knowledge aligned with Cat’s goals and customer value.
Lead cross-product initiatives, define roadmaps, and elaborate epics/features.
Coordinate roadmaps and experiences across dependent product teams.
Ensure deep understanding of users, processes, roles, and outcomes.
