Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to support the development and delivery of tools for the Airport Customer Service frontline.

You will define squad goals, translate strategies into user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with design, analytics, and IT teams to drive adoption. You'll work in a fast-paced IT environment at Delta's Tools and Technology group, shaping product roadmaps from ideation to execution and promoting agile practices across squads to improve

Own writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in agile product development with cross-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, design resources, and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive squad/pod work within IT to prioritize the sprint backlog.
Collaborate with internal/external design to create UX/UI experiences for new functionality.
Leverage data/analytics to drive product roadmap, feature prioritization, and adoption.
Translate development goals into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Provide regular status reports to sponsors, PMs, and project teams.
Act as liaison for engagement, communication, and change management across the system.
Take ownership of user stories to convey required functionality to IT teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align to the product vision.
