Job summary

REPAY is seeking a strategic Product Owner to shape the Consumer Payments roadmap for clients and their consumers. You will translate user needs into product decisions that make payments faster, simpler, and more reliable, collaborating with Sales, Tech, and Operations to drive innovation.

You will own the backlog, engage with cross-functional teams, and help GTM and partner integration efforts, ensuring measurable adoption and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in consumer payments and fintech.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable requirements for eng teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and with GTM planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and maintain a four-quarter product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, clients, and partners to drive roadmap decisions.
• Deliver product initiatives by coordinating with Engineering and QA teams.
