Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a skilled Product Owner to bridge product strategy and technical delivery. You will own the backlog, decompose features into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and partner with Design, Engineering, QA, and Release teams to drive delivery from concept to release.

You will work with Product Managers to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure readiness for releases in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience owning or managing a development team backlog and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the development team backlog including stories, bugs, tasks, and technical debt.
• Decomposes features into user stories with acceptance criteria and boundary logic.
• Collaborates with Design, Engineering, QA, and Release Management to ensure delivery readiness.
