Job summary

PCMI is seeking a Project Manager to onboard and implement TruComply SaaS solutions for clients, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS PM role, SDLC familiarity, and travel about 10–20%. Occasional national/international travel and Park Ridge, IL-based commuting two days per week are expected. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certified, preferred.
• 1-2+ years as a customer facing Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.
• Experienced in resource scheduling, utilization targets, owning a budget, and have worked extensively in Professional Services.
• Passionate about customer success, building relationships, and learning.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Available for flexible national and international travel to client sites; approximately 10-20%.
• Must be able to commute to Park Ridge, IL office two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions on time and on budget, proactively driving issue resolution.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams using internal and external resources.
• Build Trusted Advisor relationships with clients and apply PM best practices.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to shape the business vision and project scope.
• Ensure deliverables are completed, schedules maintained, milestones met, and customer success achieved.
• Maintain client satisfaction and communicate updates to the development team.
• Create implementation plans and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events as needed.
