Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Product Manager with AI experience to lead strategic initiatives across the Employee Success (ES) portfolio. You’ll drive new products from ideation through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to shape the employee experience at Salesforce.

This highly visible role requires ownership, clear communication, and accountability for outcomes, with delivery across engineering, design, and vendor teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management including executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for a portfolio of work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple areas of the Employee Success portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage executive stakeholders and secure alignment on strategic direction.
• Partner with engineering, design, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and UAT across initiatives.
