Job summary

Teradyne seeks a Global Salesforce Owner to define strategy, own the platform roadmap, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business value enterprise-wide.

You will manage governance, security, and adoption of Einstein and external AI tools, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, scalable solutions that support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform management and development experience.
• Proven track record in leading Salesforce implementations and digital transformations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI use cases in Salesforce (Einstein, Agentforce) and external AI tools.
• Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the Salesforce vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business.
• Own the unified Salesforce backlog and translate priorities into initiatives.
• Lead governance and delivery for new Salesforce extensions across the business.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and capacity for Salesforce.
• Drive the Salesforce AI strategy and adoption of AI capabilities.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Measure impact through backlog health, delivery timelines, and business value KPIs.
