Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager with AI experience to drive strategic initiatives within the Employee Success portfolio. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and executives to shape the future of the employee experience at Salesforce.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of product management experience.
Proven experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ownership mindset with accountability for a portfolio.
Comfort operating in ambiguity with multiple initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple areas of the Employee Success portfolio.
Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
Translate ambiguities into clear roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
Take end-to-end accountability for your portfolio and resolve blockers proactively.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Design, and more.
Present recommendations to executives and secure alignment on strategy.
