Jobot in Indianapolis is seeking a Product Manager - Advisory to serve as the technology conduit for the firm’s advisory practices across 11 groups, from transportation to M&A. You’ll assess needs, balance IT bandwidth, and map roadmaps that connect efforts across units.

You will own the tech partnership, disrupt-silence the backlog, and guide Agile ceremonies while collaborating with BAs, PMs, and developers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role in an Agile environment.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or stakeholder groups at once.
• Ability to think strategically and also work in the details when needed.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization across competing stakeholders.
• Scrum and Kanban knowledge; Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and relationship skills with senior business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Owns partnership with 11 advisory practices across the firm.
• Manages intake, prioritization, and roadmaps for technology needs across practices.
• Aligns cross-practice needs and identifies shared solutions.
• Prioritizes portfolio and team backlogs by business value.
• Leads Agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, and story prioritization.
• Coordinates with BAs, PMs, vendor managers, and developers.
• Drives product education and adoption across practice groups.
• Defines success metrics and drives continuous improvement.
