Job summary
Marlabs Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge business and technology, leading AI-enabled programs, cloud modernization, and DevOps practices across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
You will drive Agile delivery, manage risks, and influence decisions to deliver modern technology solutions that enhance business value and strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technical project Management or enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience leading AI-driven initiatives, including Generative AI, ML, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology programs from planning through execution with budgets and success metrics.
- Translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage schedules, risks, and resources; identify opportunities for additional value.
- Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI, Cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver modern tech solutions.
- Monitor program health and metrics; identify opportunities for future innovation and strategy.
