The role emphasizes Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value outcomes while maintaining product health and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner in Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to write and manage user stories and backlogs.
• Knowledge of product value streams and system interactions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience managing roadmaps and prioritizing by business value.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements (reliability, scalability, security).
• Familiarity with Jira for agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define product requirements and maintain roadmaps.
• Prioritize work based on business value and deliverables.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor product health metrics and KPIs; advocate improvements.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve conflicts.
• Manage product health, capacity, and non-functional requirements.
