Job summary

Loop is hiring a Product Operations & Strategy Associate to act as the value custodian for Loop’s expanding product scope. You will partner across Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to drive key product and value metrics.

You will own north star metrics, build playbooks for product and product support, and align internal processes to improve agentic workflows and customer outcomes. This role demands strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience building/shipping software/digital products in SaaS, AI, Fintech or tech-forward industries.
• Experience building low-code/no-code tools or providing vibe-code your own products.
• Experience across product, growth, revenue or founder roles.
• Ability to think in metrics, funnels and dashboards.
• Ability to break down complex business problems into parts and analytically solve them with obsession.
• Understand engineering problems from business perspective and balance AI/human-in-the-loop tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate Loop values of radical ownership and customer obsession; move fast to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of product north star metrics and customer value metrics.
• Building playbooks for the product and product support functions.
• Ownership of internal products needed to deliver value to customers across functions.
• Ownership of internal processes to monitor and improve agentic workflows (evals, prompts, templates).
• Collaborating with the product team on the roadmap, balancing business and customer needs.
