Job summary

Loop AI, based in San Francisco, seeks a Product Operations & Strategy Associate to drive customer value across Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success. You will own core product metrics, craft playbooks, and ensure value delivery through internal tools and processes while aligning product work with business needs.

You will collaborate across teams to translate complex problems into scalable solutions, balancing AI-enabled capabilities with human workflows and owning the strategy to scale Loop's

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience building/shipping software or digital products in SaaS, AI, or tech-forward industries.
• Ability to think in metrics, funnels and dashboards and translate business needs into product work.
• Experience across product, growth, revenue or founder roles and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product north star metrics and customer value metrics.
• Build playbooks for product and product support functions.
• Own internal products needed across functions to deliver customer value.
• Own internal processes to monitor and improve agentic workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with product team on roadmap considering business and customer needs.
