Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product Operations Intern for TikTok Shop Apps and API in Seattle for Summer 2027. The role supports our Partner Product team, focusing on the Open API Platform and the Shop App ecosystem to empower merchants and creators.

Intern will gather user requirements, help design product solutions, and participate in the lifecycle from planning to testing, with a 12-week commitment and internship program offering hands-on experience and development workshops.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• Commit to a 12-week Summer 2027 internship.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach and ability to set and measure targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather insights into Sellers, ISV Partners and other roles in social commerce.
• Partner with product management to devise long-term product strategy and success for the product.
• Prioritize product requirements using ROI and dependency analyses.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle and review artifacts for quality.
• Engage in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience before launch.
