TikTok is offering a 12-week internship with our Partner Product team focused on Open API Platform and TikTok Shop's App Ecosystem. You will gather user and partner requirements, help design product features, and support the product lifecycle from discovery to launch with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in CS or business, can commit to Summer 2027, and are passionate about APIs, e-commerce, and turning insights into practical product solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in CS or related Business major.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Great communicator & team‑partner.
• Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures & aligning objectives with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical, data sensitive & goal‑driven.
• Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather deep insights into Sellers, ISV Partners and other roles in social content-based Commerce.
• Partner with the product management team to devise product strategy to ensure long term vision and success for the product.
• Combine ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.
