HappyRobot is seeking a Product Operations Engineer to serve as the operational backbone of the product organization, reporting to the CTO and Head of Product. You will connect Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations to keep four functions synchronized and drive velocity through disciplined processes.

You will refine data pipelines, structure pricing models, and manage deployment logistics while acting as a cross-functional translator and execution machine, delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical or operations-heavy role (e.g., Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, TPM).
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude to solve problems with technology.
• Experience interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to balance strategic work (pricing, analysis) with hands-on execution (coordination, data labeling).

Responsibilities

• Bridge to Deployments: enable new features and ensure releases reach market.
• GTM & Commercial Enablement: support Product-Led Sales and refine feature pricing.
• Metrics & Measurement: define and track product and company metrics using raw data.
• Data Labeling Operations: coordinate in-house labelers and external agencies for training data throughput.
