Job summary

HappyRobot in San Francisco is seeking a Product Growth Manager to own how our product is understood, positioned, and adopted in the market. You will translate complex AI orchestration capabilities into clear stories for buyers and users, collaborating with the CTO, Head of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth to build a high-impact function from the ground up.

You will lead launches end-to-end, test messaging and channels, and drive activation, onboarding, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company.
• Track record of launching products or features from start to finish, with strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams to align on a single message.
• Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own how we describe our product and why it matters with clear, consistent messaging for each audience.
• Run product and feature launches end to end, enabling Sales with narrative and assets from day one.
• Identify and test channels, focusing on activation, onboarding, and conversion messaging.
• Talk to users/customers to gather insights and inform product and marketing decisions.
