Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Manager, Brand Operations & Enablement to scale brand governance across the enterprise. You will lead systems, processes, tools, and enablement programs to ensure consistent, compelling brand experiences for associates, agencies, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in brand management, brand operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, governance, and marketing operations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create structure and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and evolution of brand governance across the enterprise.
• Advise cross-functional teams on brand standards, messaging, and visual identity.
• Monitor marketplace and internal executions to strengthen brand consistency.
• Develop programs to educate and activate associates on the H&R Block brand.
• Create training materials, onboarding resources, and self-service tools.
• Build scalable systems that empower teams to work brand-aligned and independently.
• Support evolution of brand standards as customer needs and market conditions change.
• Assist planning and execution of select brand initiatives.
• Coordinate internal activation programs to engage associates and build brand pride.
