Job summary

FullScale Learning is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the Product Team. You will coordinate the product development lifecycle, manage timelines, and support dissemination of research, tools, and learning experiences.

You will work with the Chief Product Officer to streamline workflows, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating across functions and external partners. This role is remote with national scope.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex initiatives in education or nonprofits is preferred.
• Comfort with remote environments and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Maintain production timelines for resources, playbooks, and material.
• Draft partner outreach and coordinate dissemination with teams.
• Support symposium planning, onboarding, and run-of-show materials.
• Collaborate across Product, Programs, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
