Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, product operations, event coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated comfort and skill working in virtual environments with remote team members and partners.
• Experience supporting complex initiatives within education, nonprofits, or other mission-driven organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the product development lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Track milestones, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables; communicate risks to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate dissemination activities and prepare partner outreach communications; organize content for newsletters and marketing assets.
• Support operational planning for the FullScale Symposium, including on-site materials and run-of-show.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal systems for documentation, dissemination, and project management.
