Job summary

Care Lumen is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the PDLC. You will maintain processes and tooling, coordinate planning, track delivery, and translate customer requests into product requirements.

Work with product management, engineering, customer success, and customers to prioritize needs and ensure alignment with roadmaps. This is a remote-first, fast-paced role in a growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience with software products or services.
• Fluency with product management tools, especially Jira or similar.
• Agile/Scrum experience in software development.
• Strong analytical skills with BI/spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable in remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain allocations and product org structures.
• Coordinate product delivery timelines and milestones across PDLC.
• Gather, document, and operationalize enhancement requests with customers and stakeholders.
• Reinforce product development best practices and team workflows.
• Plan rollout of new product processes, tools, and changes across teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
• Align initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Oversee PDLC processes from intake to post-launch evaluation.
