Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for Ramp Travel to build and scale workflows that make business travel simple, reliable, and well-controlled for customers. You will own the operational health of Travel-related experiences, from booking to expense automation and issue resolution.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams to identify friction, shape the roadmap, improve product quality, and support high-impact launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, consulting, or a customer-facing analytical role, ideally supporting B2B SaaS or fintech products.
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through execution and measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with data to size opportunities, assess product performance, and identify customer friction; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into clear product recommendations, requirements, and operational processes.
• A track record of investigating root causes and developing durable solutions to recurring customer or operational problems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, technically complex environments with clarity across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored for product, technical, operational, and customer-facing audiences.
• Bias toward action, prioritization, and shipping improvements quickly while measuring impact.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, or improve product/operational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the voice-of-customer loop for Travel by capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Build product analytics and use data to improve adoption, booking success, policy compliance, and traveler experience.
• Own launch operations for new Travel features from alpha to GA, including release readiness and documentation.
• Ship product improvements, including UX fixes and tooling using AI and low-code tools.
• Design scalable operating systems for issue escalation, incident management, and internal communication.
• Automate manual processes to scale Ramp while improving reliability for customers and teams.
• Manage operational relationships with travel partners and vendors, monitoring performance and joint improvements.
• Become a subject-matter expert in the end-to-end Travel customer experience and connect pain points to solutions.
