Job summary

Ramp is hiring for a Product Operations role that builds the operating systems behind Juno’s shipping and customer support processes. You’ll turn product decisions into clear plans, track readiness, and keep commitments visible while coordinating with product and engineering.

You’ll own the launch lifecycle and surface gaps, dependencies, and risks, while using AI to automate workflows and improve customer outcomes. This role demands clear communication and ownership.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a customer-facing analytical role.
  • Strong process orientation with ability to define owners, milestones, decisions, and next steps.
  • Proficient with AI to automate workflows and get meaningful work done.
  • Ability to use qualitative feedback to identify patterns and drive improvements.
  • Clear and empathetic written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to own problems end to end in a fast-moving software company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic support across the launch lifecycle including testing, readiness, and communications.
  • Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues via email and chat.
  • Analyze support trends and translate feedback into actionable findings and priorities.
  • Build AI-powered workflows and self-service experiences to improve operations and support.
