Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to optimize store inventory and product flow. You will receive shipments, organize the floor and back-of-house areas, and perform daily inventory tasks to maximize sell-through while delivering excellent guest service on the retail floor.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency.
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, folding, sorting, and hanging as needed.
• Reconcile, package, and ship product to appropriate locations.
• Execute product display adjustments, restocking, and destocking on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (BOPIS & ship from store) per standards.
• Interact with guests and connect them to team members for service.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations.
