Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to expertly manage inventory and product operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences on the retail floor. You will process shipments, organize back-of-house and floor product, and support omnichannel programs to optimize sell-through.

The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and collaboration within a diverse team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some roles may involve travel to a nearby store.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.
• Experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations helpful.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations.
• Execute product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, or product moves on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup in store and ship from store options.
• Interact with guests or connect them to another team member to provide service on the floor.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
