Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to support inventory processing, product flow, and guest assistance in the Broadway Plaza store. You will organize back-of-house and floor inventory, process shipments, and help maintain store presentation to drive sell-through.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and detailed execution of store operations, with a focus on inclusive, supportive guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Perform RFID inventory counts and process shipments per standards.
• Receive, fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space.
• Prepare and ship products following company procedures.
• Restock and move products on the floor and adjust displays as needed.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests and connect with team members to enhance guest experience.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and use in-store tech.
