Job summary

MISO is seeking a Manager of Process and Product Operations to build and lead the Product Operations function enabling Product Management to deliver value at scale. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and will establish the Product Operating System through governance, portfolio visibility, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Experience defining operational metrics, dashboards, and governance support.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into action.
• Solid understanding of Agile with portfolio management experience.
• Hands-on workflow automation with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps/Power BI/ServiceNow/Productboard/Aha!.
• Lean, Six Sigma or value-stream mapping experience; regulated environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve Product Operations framework, governance, and standards.
• Partner with Product Leadership to refine intake, prioritization, planning, and portfolio management.
• Define success metrics and reporting for governance and execution readiness.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and real-time portfolio visibility.
• Monitor performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze trends to enhance operational effectiveness and decision making.
• Map end-to-end processes to reduce handoffs and inefficiencies.
• Lead process improvement using Lean and data-driven methods.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities across platforms and APIs.
