Job summary

SaiSystems Health is seeking a Manager, Product Operations to own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of tools like Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo, connecting them with Jira and release infrastructure. You will build the product analytics stack to provide PMs with usage data and customer insights through Pendo and related tools.

You will lead enablement programs for the Product team, onboarding new PMs and rolling out new tools and methodologies, while tracking operational health

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related role in software or healthcare IT.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment across PMs, engineers, and leadership.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of tools/workflows powering the Product team's experience (Aha!, Confluence, Pendo).
• Partner with Engineering on tool connections to Jira and release infrastructure.
• Build and manage the product analytics stack for usage data, feature adoption, and customer insights.
• Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team (PM onboarding, rolling out new tools/methodologies).
• Define and track product-team operational health metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership and Release Manager on delivery standards and release cadence.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that boost productivity.
• Directly manage the APM team with coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
