Job summary

SaiSystems Health is looking for a Manager, Product Operations to own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows powering the Product team's experience. You will partner with Engineering on tool integration, manage the analytics stack, and enable PMs with reliable data and scalable processes.

In this role you will lead a team, drive alignment across PMs, engineers, and leadership, and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product operations, PM, program management, or a related role in software or healthcare IT.
• Experience with Jira from a Product Manager's perspective; deep admin config not required.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude) and interpreting usage data.
• Ability to design scalable processes that work across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of tools and workflows powering the Product team's experience, including Jira, Confluence, and Pendo; partner with Engineering on tool connections to release infrastructure.
• Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring PMs have reliable access to usage data and customer insights via Pendo and related tools.
• Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team—onboarding PMs, rolling out new tools and methodologies, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Define and track product-team operational health metrics (process adoption, time-to-insight, PM ramp time, roadmap-to-delivery traceability) to identify bottlenecks.
• Partner with Engineering leadership and Release Manager on delivery standards, tooling investments, and release-readiness disclosure to the Product team.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows to increase Product team productivity and decision quality.
• Directly manage the APM team—coaching, feedback, career development, and coordination to drive consistency across product delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows that power the Product team's experience — including Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo — and partner with Engineering on how those tools connect to Jira and release infrastructure.
• Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring Product Managers have reliable access to usage data, feature adoption metrics, and customer behavior insights through Pendo and related tools.
• Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team — onboarding new PMs, rolling out new tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define and track product-team operational health metrics (process adoption, time-to-insight, PM ramp time, roadmap-to-delivery traceability) and use them to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering leadership and the Release Manager on delivery standards, tooling investments, and how release readiness and cadence decisions surface to the Product team.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that increase Product team productivity and decision-making quality.
• Directly manage the APM team — providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support, and coordinating their work to drive consistency across product delivery.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related role in a software or healthcare IT organization.
• Working knowledge of Jira from a Product Manager's/reporting perspective (boards, filters, dashboards); deep administrative configuration is not required.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar) and a strong understanding of how to interpret usage data.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that work across multiple product lines.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to drive alignment across PMs, engineers, and leadership.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling and a forward-looking perspective on how AI can improve product team workflows.
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus but not required.
