Job summary

Elsevier Health seeks a Product Operations and Enablement Manager to drive operational excellence across the Global Product organization, partnering with Innovation to design scalable processes and improve visibility for planning, execution, and decision-making.

You will own and optimize the product management tool stack (Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard), define and report enterprise metrics, and create executive-ready communications that translate product work into business updates.

Qualifications

5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related field.
Experience designing scalable processes that improve team efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder readiness.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the product management tool stack and adoption.
Standardize product development processes with enterprise value.
Define and report operational metrics showing team effectiveness.
Partner with Innovation to implement frameworks, templates, and tools.
Track initiative progress, surface risks and dependencies.
Create executive-ready communications translating work to business updates.
Manage cadences like portfolio reviews and risk logs.
Connect product strategy to execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Innovation.
