Job summary

lululemon in San Antonio is seeking a Product Operations Lead to execute the store product strategy, manage product operations and inventory, and supervise shifts. You will lead back-of-house and floor stock, influence hiring decisions, and serve as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will partner with store leadership to optimize inventory accuracy, plan allocations, and analyze sell-through data to guide product focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
