Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a Product Operations Lead to establish the operational backbone of the Product organization. In this role, you will design systems, cadences, and standards that facilitate collaboration among PMs, designers, and engineers. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and integrating AI tools, you'll help propel product initiatives while ensuring high-quality outputs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building equitable financial systems through blockchain technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Operations or similar role.
• Experience building product operating models from scratch.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in product planning and propose an operating model.
• Establish operating cadences and define PM tool stack.
• Enhance visibility into product priorities and decisions.
