Job summary

Unifonic, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Lead to translate product strategy into scalable operational practices that drive alignment, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

You will establish governance frameworks and cross-functional processes enabling Product, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams to work toward shared goals. You will partner with Product Leadership to drive product enablement initiatives, develop performance metrics, and identify opportunities to streamline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Enablement, or related roles.
• Experience scaling operational processes within Product or SaaS organizations.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve product operations frameworks and governance.
• Own product planning, roadmaps, prioritization, and operational cadences.
• Establish scalable practices that improve alignment, transparency, and delivery quality.
• Standardize product reporting, KPIs, and decision-support insights.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and automation.
• Promote adoption of AI tools and workflow automation across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, Support, Presales, and Marketing.
• Coordinate between business and product organizations and communicate priorities.
• Provide operational insights and executive-ready reporting to leadership.
• Lead product enablement initiatives and support launches and adoption.
• Translate complex product functionality into clear customer value narratives.
