Unifocus is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to own the strategy and execution of our workforce performance products. You will translate vision into action with rigorous business cases and market analysis, partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and executives to deliver differentiated SaaS solutions for hospitality clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with Workforce Management, HCM, scheduling, time and attendance, labor optimization software.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading digital transformation, platform modernization, or large-scale product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills using customer research and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Own roadmap prioritization and product execution for your portfolio.
• Lead customer discovery through client engagement, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide product enhancements and customer experience.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics for adoption and performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive value.
• Support strategic customer engagements and executive briefings as a product expert.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver features, integrations, and unified UX.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to meet market needs and drive growth.
