Unifocus, a leader in workforce management software for hospitality and related industries, seeks a Lead - Product Management to own strategy and execution of our workforce performance products. You will transform vision into action with rigorous business cases, competitive analysis, and a relentless focus on product-market fit.

You'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to guide prioritization, ensure scalable implementation, and deliver best-in-class client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management for B2B/B2B2C SaaS
• Proven ability to ship cloud products and drive market differentiation
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, client success)
• Experience in defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog management
• Ability to translate client feedback into new services and features
• Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and execute the roadmap to deliver on strategy
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive a strong product culture
• Own the roadmap, prioritize features, and manage phased releases
• Shape pricing and competitive positioning of the portfolio
• Combine qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide enhancements
• Build and mentor a global team of Product Owners to release new products
• Partner with Engineering to drive platform capabilities, integrations and design
• Identify new service opportunities through market research and industry trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Success to assess product mix and market share
• Close strategic opportunities with Sales and drive client expansion
