Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement to scale workflows enabling fast, accurate, and controlled procurement processes. You will improve requester and approver experiences while shaping product quality through data, feedback, and close collaboration with customer-facing teams.

You will contribute to Product Operations process improvements and AI-assisted release management, collecting customer feedback and enabling internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or customer-facing analytical roles supporting B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct channels.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate feedback into actionable requirements and specs.
• Own launch operations for new Procurement features from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences with enablement.
• Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes) using AI tools and manage your backlog of customer friction reductions.
• Use AI to automate processes and build products that help teams ship faster while maintaining quality.
• Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows.
