Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement to scale workflows and improve requester and approver experiences. You will shape product quality via data, feedback, and close collaboration with customer-facing teams while contributing to overall product operations and AI-enabled releases.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in product ops or related roles and experience in procurement workflows, spend management, and financial operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS.
• Experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — capture, analyze, prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate feedback into actionable requirements and specs.
• Own launch operations for new Procurement features from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences.
• Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes) using AI tools and manage your own backlog of friction reduction.
• Use AI to automate processes and build products that help teams ship faster with high quality.
• Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows.
