• Excellent written communication for specs and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows and edge-case definitions.
• Lead discovery sessions with new clients to understand needs.
• Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through release.
• Own enterprise implementation readiness including migrations and configurations.
• Monitor post-launch issues and drive improvements.
