EliseAI is seeking an Associate Product Manager to partner with Product and Engineering, identify customer needs, and deliver enterprise-ready products. You will drive the full lifecycle from discovery through launch, gradually taking ownership of larger product areas with autonomy and impact.

You will be part of a fast-scaling team, focusing on high-impact initiatives, collaboration, and growth into senior product leadership as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong technical foundation to understand system architecture and APIs.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Turn product requirements into clear specs, workflows, and edge-case definitions.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own features and initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use product data and customer feedback to measure outcomes and guide improvements.
