Job summary

EliseAI in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Product Manager to partner with Product and Engineering to identify customer needs, shape solutions, and bring enterprise-ready products to market. You will contribute across the product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration—while gradually taking ownership of larger product areas as you grow toward a senior PM role.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product operations, or related roles in a high-growth tech company.
• Background in CS/engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce clear product specs.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Translate requirements into clear specs, workflows, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own features from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use data and feedback to measure outcomes and guide improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure enterprise launch readiness.
• Help the team scale product processes and practices.
