• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory-focused shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review business data to inform actions and pricing recommendations.
• Participate in the store hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to team members.
