Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Contract Product Operations Lead at Rush St. in Chicago, IL. The role leads store product operations and inventory, ensuring floor and back-of-house readiness and a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership on the product strategy, manage inventory shifts, support hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty when on floor, driving operation excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and recommendations to leadership.
