Qualifications

• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into action.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to maintain a positive inventory-focused shift.
• Monitor stock levels and support sell-through and product availability.
• Review daily metrics and advise leadership on product focus and pricing.
• Assist in store hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver product education.
