Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Mississippi is seeking a Product Operations Lead for a 4 month contract to execute store product strategy, manage inventory, and supervise back‑of‑house operations. You will drive stock accuracy, lead shifts, and deliver a high‑quality guest experience on the sales floor.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership, ability to travel to assigned store, and experience in inventory and merchandising. Weekend shifts and peak‑season scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver a world‑class guest experience on the floor.
