You will transform market needs into features, manage backlogs, and oversee product development for the scoring suite. The role emphasizes QA, training materials, and AI-enabled analysis to optimize performance and customer success. Strong PM, Agile, and data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product/PM or operations.
• Proven ability translating requirements into user stories.
• Experience with agile processes and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operations for CR Scoring suite of applications from elaboration through launch and monitoring.
• Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and align work with market needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create and approve user stories and features.
• Ensure timely releases, testing, and user training materials.
• Apply AI tools to improve processes and automate testing/ reporting.
