Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to operate at the intersection of client needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. You will define the why and what of our products while shaping how by partnering with engineering, architecture, and design; owning the product roadmap end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption.

This role balances strategic thinking, user empathy, and hands-on execution, with a focus on AI-enabled products and modern tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high- quality delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.
